Ryan was a Partner at Angelo Gordon where he oversaw the firm’s real estate operations in Chicago and Boston, and achieved best in class returns on over $2.5 billion of real estate transactions over 8 years. Prior to Angelo Gordon, Ryan began his career as an investment banking analyst in Deutsche Bank’s Leveraged Finance group before joining RXR Realty on their acquisitions team. Ryan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a degree in finance.
Cory is the cofounder of Realtime Space: a real estate brokerage advisory with over 7,000 deals closed in multifamily, retail, and shared commercial space, and of Silver Art Projects: Silverstein Properties’ entrance into the contemporary arts, which entails an artist residency collective in 3 World Trade Center, art related programming for tenants, and an overall expansion of how art is utilized throughout residential and commercial properties. Cory also serves as a continuous advisor to several early-stage companies mostly focused on property technology through Silver Tech Ventures. Cory holds a B.A. from George Washington University in Business Administration and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University.
Marco was involved in several complex commercial real estate transactions while at Eastdil Secured, with sales and financing proceeds in excess of $5.0 billion dollars. Prior to Eastdil, Marco was a Corps Member with Teach For America, where he took an educational inequity teaching Mathematics and Computer Science. Marco graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business with degrees in finance and psychology. Marco is also a Managing Director of For The Kids NYC, a charity focused on funding heart surgeries for underserved youth, which he founded in 2014.
